About the Event

Hands "Inspire Inclusion" Breakfast celebrates International Women's Day and is powered by the collective efforts of all in creating a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Gloria Steinem, world-renowned feminist, journalist and activist once explained "The story of women's struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist nor to any one organization but to the collective efforts of all who care about human rights."

This year's International Women's Day theme "Inspire Inclusion" resonates deeply with our commitment to fostering inclusion and creating a world where everyone, regardless of background, has the chance to thrive.

Meet the Speakers

Chief Navigator, Inside A Bold Mind

Live it now, big or small.

Breathe life into that idea.

That whispers from your soul.

Kirrily wrote those words in her journal while visiting a remote Indonesian island in 2020. She could feel her life preparing to take another daring twist.

Look through Kirrily's photo albums, and you'll see three decades of groundbreaking achievements as an adventurer, extreme ultramarathoner, company director, and charity founder.

Of all her achievements, which does she value the most?

Kirrily says it's conquering the mountains of fear and self-doubt within her mind. Each victory empowers her to live on her own terms, daring to do whatever her bold mind desires.

On the day Kirrily wrote those words, she made a decision. She walked away from a successful business strategy consultancy she had spent 20 years building. She took out a blank sheet of paper and began to map out her new venture.

When the fear of failure is stopping you, Inside A Bold Mind helps you cultivate the courage to make bold moves.

Individuals can access resources and workshops via

Organisations incorporate Kirrily into their leadership programs to eliminate the fear of failure as a hindrance to success.

Kirrily lives near Mudgee, NSW, where she farms cattle, sheep, horses, and bison with her partner Sean and her dog Lucy.
