Thank you for registering for this year's Run to Remember event. This event holds a special place in our hearts as we honour the memory of those who lost their lives during the Boxing Day Tsunami, celebrate the incredible work of Hands over the past 20 years, and create future opportunities for children through education and training centres.

Hands Across the Water was originally established as an Australian charity in the aftermath of the devastating Boxing Day tsunami. Over the past two decades, we have grown to become the largest Australian charity providing vital support in Thailand, raising over 660 million baht to empower and uplift children across the country.

In July 2022, the Thai Foundation was granted charity status, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Our mission is to guide these children into adulthood with the skills and opportunities they need to make informed choices, establish families, and sustain themselves financially.
