Whilst our Thailand charity ride is on temporary hold we are now embarking on other ways to help the kids and help Hands Across The Water keep doing the great work they do.

I am taking on this challenge with a dedicated group of people to help Hands Across the Water survive the COVID-19 pandemic and be able to continue helping the less privileged kids in Thailand.

Over 70% of their planned fundraising has been wiped out for the rest of 2020. and in these challenging times around the world fundraising has got harder. So we need to work harder to keep it going and that's what I'm doing. But the kids that Hands supports, their lives can't be put on hold. They are in the fight of their lives and I'm jumping on board to help.

So this June, I will be jumping on my bike to participate in a virtual cycling experience. As an avid runner as well my running will also count towards the 800 km's. I have accepted the challenge to cycle/run 800km over the 30 days of June and raise funds to support the work of Hands.

Hands Across the Water supports 350+ children living in 7 homes and projects across Thailand. The charity started out addressing the needs of kids who didn't have homes or access to food, clothing and medicine. As the kids have grown and matured, the focus has shifted to education and future employment opportunities. Today, access to new and exciting opportunities for the kids is just as important as a loving home and a belly full of healthy food.

Your donation will help provide a high standard of care, a chance at a better education and a future that they never envisioned. More importantly, your donation will help keep the charity and the dreams of the kids alive.

All donations above $2 are tax deductible. Thank you for your continued support.
