Hannah Blackmore Hello! I'm Hannah and this is my first Hands Across the Water bike ride. I'm from Jersey in the Channel Islands, UK, and now live in Hobart, Tasmania. I am a landscape painter and founder of This Business of Art. Riding 500kms in 5 days is going to be a huge challenge for me, but I'm ready to take it on! Thanks so much for sponsoring me, it is great to be a part of this and see first hand what a difference we can make in the world. I appreciate your support!

Starting in the city of Bueng Kan in Thailand’s north-east, the riders will spend three days following the incredibly bio-diverse Mekong River before heading west through villages and rural communities not often visited by foreigners. Following a well-deserved rest day in the middle, the group will ride into our Home Hug in Yasothon on the fifth day to be greeted excitedly by the children they’ve worked so hard to support.

Show your support for these amazing people by sponsoring them in their quest to ride and raise money for Hands Across the Water. Funds raised contribute to food, education, healthcare and a loving home for children in need throughout Thailand. Every dollar counts and Hands has deductible gift recipient status with the Australian Tax Office.

Importantly, 100% of the sponsorship dollars donated go directly to the Thai children and their communities – Hands does not spend any donors’ money on administration. Hannah Blackmore
