How does it actually work? 

Shop in-store at retailers with your registered card/s (you’ll see the list when you first log in and there will be more & more stores added in the weeks & months ahead Shop online or buy gift cards through the Doing Good Rewards site or app - everything will happen automatically - there are no codes to enter at checkout. You pay full price at checkout and part of your discount will appear back on your card in 7 days and part of your discount will be donated to your chosen charity.

Is my credit card information safe? 

Yes, your card details are secure - all details are ‘tokenised’ so we never see your card information, the system is ‘PCI compliant’. Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance refers to the technical and operational standards that businesses follow to secure and protect credit card data provided by cardholders and transmitted through card processing transactions.

Are the donations tax deductible?

Yes they are! At the end of the financial year, you will receive a statement from Doing Good Rewards with all of your micro donations so that you can add one lump sum to your tax return. How cool is that!
