Recently, I had the chance to visit Baan Tharn Namchai (BTN) and meet some of the kids. Hearing their stories firsthand made this deeply personal. What struck me most was the real-world impact of stability, care and education — and how support can create genuine pathways forward. I learned about young people who’ve gone on to further study and training, and one story that really stayed with me: a former resident who studied social work and later returned to help support the home — a powerful reminder of what opportunity can do.

In May 2026, I’ll be taking on the Anytime Fitness Fitphoria Expedition — riding 500km in 5 days from Hua Hin to Khao Lak (16–23 May 2026). I’m using this challenge as a way to test myself — and as a platform to raise support for kids who’ve faced far bigger challenges than a bike ride.

Hands started in response to the Boxing Day Tsunami and now supports 200+ children living in 7 homes and projects across Thailand. The children who come into their care are often there because they have no known family, a family member unable to care for them, or they’ve been removed from an unsafe environment.
