We’re excited to announce our biggest ever team expedition, happening in May 2026.

As a passionate community dedicated to health, fitness, and making a difference, this once-in-a -lifetime experience combines physical grit, mental resilience and heart-led purpose. Join us as we cycle & run through some of Thailand’s most stunning regions, on a shared mission and the kind of challenge that leaves you feeling stronger, prouder and forever changed.  

This is more than just a charity ride or run — it’s a powerful way to give back, live the Anytime Fitness values, and build lasting memories with an incredible community. Our fundraising efforts will support 3 incredible charities – Hands Across the Water, Bravehearts and Running for Resilience, and we will see first-hand the impact our fundraising makes.


Spaces are strictly limited to 100

The Fitphoria Expedition can take 50 Riders, 10 Runners and 40 adults / children who will form a Project Crew helping to bring to life a community gym, and spend time with, and participate in projects that support the amazing children at Baan Tharn Namchai (BTN). Note: The Project Crew may be made up of partners and children of riders/runners, or anyone wanting to participate but not as a rider/runner.  Any children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

However, you need to “Register your Spot” and pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your place among the 100.

**Eligibility before 14 November**

Until 14 November, you must be a Franchisee to Register.  
Franchisees can register max 2 adults (yourself + 1,) plus any children, noting that children participating as part of the Project Crew must be accompanied by an adult.  Complete a separate Registration per adult and child.

If you are not a Franchisee and wish to express your interest, or you are a Franchisee but need more information before securing your spot, please use the “I’m Interested” button.   You will be given advanced notice of available spots from the 17th November.


**Eligibility after 17 November**

On 17 November (if spots are still available), registrations will open to everyone.  For example: Franchisees can book additional spots for their members of team &/or Club Managers and Team can secure their own place at the event.

Day 1

Sat, 16th May


Arrive in Bangkok, Thailand for a Welcome Dinner around the corner from the Novotel.

Today you’ll meet your fellow Fitphoria Legends for dinner and receive your AF Fitphoria threads, tailored to support your cycling, running or project adventure.

Please note that you will be responsible for booking your own International Flights and airport transfers.

Day 2

Sun, 17th May

Runners & Riders will Travel to Hua Hin
Bike Fitting, Running Routes
Welcome Dinner

We will organise a bus transfer to get you from our hotel in Bangkok to Hua Hin. On arrival, we will get our Riders set up and comfortable on your bike, our Runners comfortable with the run logistics and come back together in the evening for our first dinner as a team.

Day 3

Mon, 18th May

Hua Hin to Kuiburi

Riders ~ 80km, Runners ~42km

Today our adventure begins in the coastal town of Hua Hin. We follow the coastline and visit some wonderful temples and beachside villages as we make our way to a stunning fishing village where monkeys line the road as we cycle & run in.  Note: Each day, our runners will be transported to ~42kms from the route end-point, and where possible we will time it so both riders and runners should arrive around the same time.

Day 4

Tue, 19th May

Kuiburi to Baan Grood 

Riders ~ 107.4km, Runners ~42kms

Today is our first 100km+ for the riders and the key thing to remember here is that the day is broken up into 8 legs meaning you will have a lot of opportunities to refuel, catch your breath and importantly take in the scenery. Today we’ll ride through the third bay Ao Manao, situated within the Wing 5 Air Force Base. Surrounded by limestone cliffs this bay is a haven for nature lovers and you’ll meet some friendly monkeys along the way.

Day 5

Wed, 20th May

    Baan Good to Chumphon

    Riders ~129km, Runners ~ 42kms

    Today we make our way to a much needed rest day in Chumphon. There’s a few rolling undulations and some highway stretches but this is all broken up with some village water stops, jungle riding and of course the beautiful Thai people.

    Day 6

    Thur, 21st May

    Chumphon

    Riders & Runners (Rest Day)

    Today we rest and there is nowhere better than this beachside town with the best burger/pizza joint just a stone's throw away. After a swim to cool down and a walk along the beach, you will be transferred by bus to Surat Thani for the final stages of the ride & run.

    Day 7

    Fri, 22nd May

    Surat Thani to Khao Sok 

    Riders ~ 106km, Runners ~42kms
    This is by far one of our most favourite days in Thailand. This is a stunning ride & running route to Ratchaprapha Dam before heading into Khao Sok National Park for a cave visit and beautiful hotel stay. This day really does feel like we are riding through Avatar… you have to join us to understand why.

    Day 8

    Sat, 23rd May

    Khao Sok to Baan Tharn Namchai

    Riders ~ 57km, Runners ~ 42kms

    Followed by a Massive Celebration & Party

    This is it! The day you have worked hard for. We have one final uphill and then it’s downhill to Baan Tharn Namchai and the beautiful kids that you have been riding & running for. It’s another shorter day but don’t wish your time away. Soak up the love, the memories, and the joy of being on this epic adventure, with a fantastic group of humans.

    Our Project Crew will be helping the team at Baan Tharn Namchai (BTN) prepare for the rider and runner arrival – there are lots of celebrations to prepare for.

    It is time to pat yourself on the back for your hard work and efforts to be here. You’ll be glowing and oozing energy as you either kick back for a few days (at your own pace and expense) or make your way back home.

    Tour Cost and Fundraising 

    Inclusions – Riders & Runners

    Registration Fee: $4,395
    Fundraising Minimum: $5,000

    From the moment you arrive at your first hotel in Thailand, everything is taken care of—so all you need to do is pack your bag each morning and hop on your bike, or pop on your runners.

    Your registration covers all logistics: accommodation, meals (except lunch on rest day), transfers, additional activities, support crew, mechanics, and your cycling or running jersey. Best of all, the fee is paid to our touring company, Hands Experiences Thailand, with any proceeds going back to support the kids and homes.

    The Registration Fee does not include International Travel and any additional accommodation or airport transfers.

    Pay a deposit today, then second and subsequent installments for 5 months. 

    There is a $500 non-refundable deposit included in the tour cost. Your place will not be secure on the ride/run until we receive full or partial payment.

    **E bikes are available for this ride at an additional cost - rates upon registration.

    SINGLE SUPPLEMENT

    Your ride/run registration includes twin share accommodation for the duration of the ride/run. If you elect to room with a friend, partner, or family member at the point of registration, this will be factored in when we do the room allocations. If you are a solo traveller, we will partner you up with another solo partner of the same gender.

    If you do wish to have your own room, there are limited single supplements available at a cost. Allocation of single rooms will be based on a first in first served basis due to availability at the hotels.

    You can reserve a single room today for $100 deposit and we will contact you closer to the ride/run once the numbers and room availability is confirmed.

    Inclusions

    8 Nights Twin Share Accommodation

    16th  – 23rd of May 2026 inclusive

    As we travel to some very remote villages and towns, hotels will be modest in their offering but the locations will be on point. You’ll have a hot shower, a bed to sleep in, and occasionally the WiFi will be good!.

     

    Hybrid
    Bike (Riders)

    Your registration includes a hybrid bike which is a flat bar bicycle with tyres that are thinner than a mountain bike and thicker than a road bike. You have the option to bring your own saddle and pedals if you choose.

    E-Bikes can be offered for an additional surcharge.

     

    Meals and
    Ground Transfers

    All meals excluding lunch on the rest day are covered in your registration. Our team on the ground takes care of breakfast, lunch and dinner on the rides and provides plenty of sustenance throughout the day at the water stops.

     

    Custom
    Cycling or Running Kit

    Your registration includes a customised cycling jersey, bibs and gloves. You will have the opportunity to order additional kit if you choose. You will receive a sizing chart in coming months to help you order the right size kit for the tour.

     

    Travel Bag and
    Team Shirt

    You will receive a Hands Across the Water travel bag for the trip. There is plenty of room in the bag for the tour and additional clothing you might want to bring for holidays pre or post the ride. You will also receive a training shirt to wear during your training and in Thailand. 

     

    Support crew and bike mechanics

    Our rides are run by our very own Hands Experiences Thailand. Nothing is too much trouble for this fantastic crew of people as long as you bring your manners. Our bike mechanics keep everything running tip top during your tour in Thailand.

     

    Individual Fundraising
    Profile

    During the registration process, you will be prompted to set up your fundraising page. You can update this page with your story and share your unique link to start raising funds. The team at Hands are here to support you with ideas so don’t be afraid to ask for help.

     

    Training
    Program

    You will receive a training program that will help prep you for your 500km journey (riders) and 5 x Marathons (runners).  Riders, the key to your training will be time in the saddle as opposed to km’s ridden so even if the weather turns poor, you can get to the local gym or spin class to clock up your hours on the bike. We also have a great series of videos if you are new to cycling or looking for some additional training tips.

     

    Inclusions - Project Crew

    Registration Fee (Adult): $1500

    Registration Fee (Child): $750

    Fundraising Minimum: Adult = $1500, unless you are the partner of a rider/runner, in which case the fundraising requirement is waived. 
    Children on the Project Crew = no fundraising requirement

    Your registration covers most meals, internal transport in Khao Lak to/from accommodation to the project site and BTN home, additional activities and events with the kids at the BTN home, project support supplies and crew, and your Project Crew top/kit. 

    The Registration Fee does not include International Travel, accommodation or airport transfers.  Details of the accommodation with discounted rates will be provided separately.

    DEPOSIT

    There is a $500 non-refundable deposit for all Adults registering for the Ride, Run or Project Crew. Your place will not be secure on the Fitphoria Expedition until this payment is received.

    All participants are required to raise the fundraising target, which directly supports the children and projects of Hands Across the Water. Every kilometre you ride helps build brighter futures and provide lasting impact:
