In January 2025, we invite you to join us as we come together for our flagship Coastal Ride to celebrate our 20th anniversary. That’s two decades of transforming lives, one heartfelt journey.

Our flagship ride will see you cycling 800km down Thailand's picturesque east coast, a region of breathtaking beauty and profound significance in the Hands Story.

Your journey begins in the sleepy resort town of Petchaburi and you will make your way down south passing through Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Chumphon. From there, we start to cross over the mountains and stunning national park that divides the east and the west. You’ll enjoy a pool party under the towering cliffs before soaking up the magic of the last day of riding as we make our way to Takua-Pa. After a tour of some key Tsunami sites, you will ride into Baan Tharn Namchai, the first home that was built following the devastating Boxing Day Tsunami. It's a place where hope triumphed over despair, and lives were rebuilt with love and care.

Ride to Provide isn't just a cycling event; it's a celebration of two decades of unwavering commitment to transforming the lives of children in need. It's an opportunity to honor the past, embrace the present, and look ahead to a future filled with promise.

We invite you to join us in this incredible journey of compassion, camaraderie, and courage. Together, we'll continue to make a difference, one pedal stroke at a time.

On arrival at the bikes, we will get you set up and comfortable on your bike before commencing our journey together.

Day 3

18th January

Day 2 of Ride - Prachuap Khiri Khan (103km)

Today, you're in for a small challenge, as it's the first 100km day on the ride. It’s a beautiful day as we trace the picturesque coastline, paying visits to temples and quaint beachside villages along the way. Our route will lead us to a fishing village, where curious monkeys line the road to welcome us as we pedal through.

Day 4

19th January

Day 3 of Ride - Prachuap Khiri Khan to Ban Grood (60km)

After waking up to the most beautiful sunrise on tour, we will make our way to the sleepy town of Baan Grood. It’s a shorter day today which will be kind on your legs, there’s a short temple climb at the end of the day but we promise the most beautiful views at the top. And pizza for dinner! What more could you ask for?

Day 5

20th January

Day 4 of ride - Ban Grood to Chumphon (109km)

As you hop back on the saddle for day 4, you might notice that your seat isn't as comfy as your favorite armchair. That’s ok though as the following day is a rest day. There’s a few rolling undulations and some highway stretches but this is all broken up with some village water stops, jungle riding and of course the beautiful Thai people.

Day 6

21st January

REST DAY

Today we rest and there is nowhere better than this beachside town with the best burger/pizza joint just a stone's throw away. After a swim to cool down and a walk along the beach, you can head back to the resort pool and curl up with a good book enjoying the rest from your bike seat.

Day 7

22nd January

Day 5 of Ride - Chumphon to Lang Suan (112 km)

Back in the saddle and you’ll love today’s riding as we weave through the palm trees, monkey forests and more beachside towns. It is about this time in the tour that your energy will feel a little low but a surprise in the evening will give you the pep you need to get through the rest of the tour.

Day 8

23rd January

Day 6 of Ride - Lang Suan to Surat Thani (100km)

This leg of the journey offers even more breathtaking scenery as we approach the mountains. You'll have the opportunity to pass through many charming villages along the route, immersing yourself in the local culture and landscapes.

Day 9

24th January

Day 7 of Ride - Surat Thani to Khao Sok (102km)

This is by far one of our most favourite days on the bikes in Thailand. This is a stunning ride to Ratchaprapha Dam before heading into Khao Sok National Park for a cave visit and beautiful hotel stay. This day really does feel like we are riding through Avatar… you have to join us to understand why.

Day 10

25th January

Day 8 of Ride - Khao Sok to Khao Lak (60km)

This is it! The day you have worked hard for. We have one final uphill and then it’s downhill to Baan Tharn Namchai and the beautiful kids that you have been riding for. It’s another shorter day on the bike but don’t wish your time away. Soak up the love, the memories, and the joy of being on the bike with a fantastic group of people who you will now call family. We will celebrate with a 20th Anniversary Night of Celebration in the evening. We encourage you to bring your supporters along for this one, it will be a night to remember!

Day 11

26th January

  • Optional Australia Day BBQ (lunch)- new inclusion

  • Over to you…It is time to pat yourself on the back for your hard work and efforts to be here. You’ll be glowing and oozing energy as you kick back for a few days (at your own pace and expense) or make your way back home. The official events might be over but you are welcome to kick back and enjoy some quality time in Thailand.

Getting started can be a bit daunting at first; we always say the first $1,000 is the hardest and then it gets easier. Below are our top 3 tips to get your fundraising dial off zero:

  1. Your online fundraising page is the most simple and effective way to kick start your fundraising. Update your page with your profile image, a story about why you are fundraising and share directly from your page to kick start those dollars coming in.
  2. Make a personal donation to your fundraising page. This can help set the tone for your supporters and show your commitment to your experience.
  3. Download our fundraising guide that includes tips and tricks for planning events, auctions and raffles to help you raise your funds.
