I am raising money to support the children of Hands Across the Water because I believe that all children deserve to build a future full of possibilities, opportunities and dreams - a life of choice, not chance.

This will be the third time I’ll be busting my legs and ass through Thailand for 500km in 5 days for the Hands Across the Water (HANDS) cause. 

In fact, this year I'm using this opportunity to raise money for two very worthwhile causes, and thank goodness for that otherwise I don’t know if I’d put myself through this if it wasn’t for these amazing causes :)

The first cause is of course the Hands Across The Water (HANDS) charity that was started in response to the Boxing Day Tsunami. Now HANDS supports 350+ children living in 7 homes and projects across Thailand. 

The kids who come to live in a Hands home are there because they have no choice. This is often the result of a number of heartbreaking situations, all of them resulting in them not being able to care for themselves or have anybody to care for them.

Hands not only provides life-saving necessities for the kids in their homes, they also support many families in an outreach program to help keep kids in their own homes. 

Just as important as filling their bellies with healthy food and providing a safe bed to sleep in, with the support of amazing donors like us, the vision of Hands is to help these kids see the opportunities that lie before them, to see a life of choice and promise.

The second cause is one close to my heart, which all came about from my life-changing experience doing this very ride back in 2019.

After nearly losing it all in 2018, including my life, I chose to do the ride in 2019 as part of my rebuild. That ride would be the ultimate physical challenge for me, given just a few months earlier I was just able to get out of bed and go for a walk.

I got so much more from that ride in 2018 than I was expecting, and it changed the trajectory of my life.

That ride and that experience inspired me to start Breakout Solutions, whose mission is to Help 1 Million People Escape the Financial Matrix and Achieve Financial Independence By The Year 2032.

So far we have helped over 1000 people create millions of dollars in profit and passive income in just over 3 years, and we're just getting started.

One of the ventures of Breakout is the Financial Freedom Foundation (FFF), a NFP initiative to educate people in lesser privileged countries and help them start building their digital path to financial independence.

My goal for this opportunity is not only to raise $10,000 for HANDS, but to also raise $10,000 for our FFF initiative. 

That is, for every dollar that you so generously donate to this HANDS ride, I will personally match it dollar for dollar, for our FFF, up to $10,000 if we can hit this target.

We have some big things planned this year in the FFF and this will go a long way to making those plans happen. Please note that all money we raise for FFF goes straight to helping the students - all admin and operational costs are covered by Breakout Solutions.
