Thailand & Cambodia | September 2026

In 2026, we’re taking the Business Blueprint Ride to new heights—literally and figuratively. For the first time in its 11-year history, our ride will chart an entirely new course, connecting two of our Hands homes and delivering an experience unlike anything we've created before.

The Business Blueprint Ride all began back in 2013, when Founder Dale Beaumont joined our 800km Ride to Provide from Bangkok to Khao Lak. It was on that life-changing journey that Dale realised the power of shared purpose and collective impact—and in 2014, the Business Blueprint Ride was born.

Since then, over 500 riders have cycled more than 250,000km through Thailand, raising an extraordinary $2 million to support the children of Hands Across the Water. The journey hasn’t always been easy—Covid threw its curveballs—but this community is proof that resilience, purpose, and connection can achieve just about anything.

The Ride of a Lifetime

In September 2026, you’ll cycle 500km over 5 days, beginning at PAMA House in Chanthaburi and finishing at Baan Home Hug in Yasothon. You’ll travel through lush countryside, remote villages, and stunning scenery making memories with people who will become friends for life.

But that’s not all. This ride, we’re adding a twist: a rest day adventure to the legendary Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Step into history, immerse yourself in ancient culture, and discover one of the world’s most awe-inspiring UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Why Ride?

Our rides are not just about riding a bike a very long way. They are about building meaningful relationships, experiencing the true heart of Thailand, and most importantly, changing lives. The funds you raise will directly build brighter futures for the children in our care.

Spaces are limited.

Be part of something extraordinary.

Join us for the ride that changes everything.

    Hybrid
    Bike

Your registration includes a hybrid bike which is a flat bar bicycle with tyres that are thinner than a mountain bike and thicker than a road bike. You have the option to bring your own saddle and pedals if you choose.

E-Bikes can be offered for an additional surcharge.

    Meals and
    Ground Transfers

All meals excluding lunch on the rest day are covered in your registration. Our team on the ground takes care of breakfast, lunch and dinner on the rides and provides plenty of sustenance throughout the day at the water stops.

    Custom
    Cycling Kit

Your registration includes a customised cycling jersey and bibs. You will have the opportunity to order additional kit if you choose. You will receive a sizing chart in coming months to help you order the right size kit for the tour.

    Training Shirt

Your welcome pack will include a training shirt for you to wear in the lead up to the ride. We also recommend bringing this to Thailand as the light material is perfect for Thailand heat.

    Support crew and bike mechanics

Our rides are run by our very own Hands Experiences Thailand. Nothing is too much trouble for this fantastic crew of people as long as you bring your manners. Our bike mechanics keep everything running tip top during your tour in Thailand.

    Individual Fundraising
    Profile

During the registration process, you will be prompted to set up your fundraising page. You can update this page with your story and share your unique link to start raising funds. The team at Hands are here to support you with ideas so don’t be afraid to ask for help.

    Training
    Program

You will receive a training program that will help prep you for your 500km journey. The key to your training will be time in the saddle as opposed to km’s ridden so even if the weather turns poor, you can get to the local gym or spin class to clock up your hours on the bike. We also have a great series of videos if you are new to cycling or looking for some additional training tips.

    TOUR COST: TBC*

The exact cost of the 2026 ride will be confirmed in September 2025, once our hotel and travel partners release their rates. While we’re unable to provide final pricing just yet, you can expect the cost to be approximately $4,000 AUD.

The slight increase from previous years is due to the addition of a rest day and the incredible opportunity to travel into Cambodia to visit Angkor Wat.

To secure your place today, a $500 deposit is required. We’ll be in touch in September 2025 to confirm the final cost and arrange a payment plan for the remaining balance.

    SINGLE SUPPLEMENT

Your ride registration includes twin share accommodation for the duration of the ride. If you elect to room with a friend, partner, or family member at the point of registration, this will be factored in when we do the room allocations. If you are a solo traveller, we will partner you up with another solo partner of the same gender.

If you do wish to have your own room, there are limited single supplements available at a cost. Allocation of single rooms will be based on a first in first served basis due to availability at the hotels.

You can reserve a single room today for $100 deposit and we will contact you closer to the ride once the numbers and room availability is confirmed.

Getting started can be a bit daunting at first; we always say the first $1,000 is the hardest and then it gets easier. Below are our top 3 tips to get your fundraising dial off zero:

    1. Your online fundraising page is the most simple and effective way to kick start your fundraising. Update your page with your profile image, a story about why you are fundraising and share directly from your page to kick start those dollars coming in.
    2. Make a personal donation to your fundraising page. This can help set the tone for your supporters and show your commitment to your experience.
    3. Download our fundraising guide that includes tips and tricks for planning events, auctions and raffles to help you raise your funds.
