Riding for the Thai children of Hands

Hands Across the Water [Hands] started as a charity in response to the Boxing Day Tsunami. Hands now support 350+ children living in 7 homes and projects across Thailand. 

The kids who come to live in a Hands home are there because they have no choice. 

C&N Audit Services supports Hands Across the Water through provision of pro bono audit services. One of our Directors, Peter Sheville, has personally had the fortune to help Hands out with a few things along the way. He has also undertaken two rides in 2024 and 2025 with a wonderful group of people pulled together by Red23 which he tagged onto, who made him feel part of a family and introduced him to the incredible journey these rides represent. Peter and his wife Panapha (aka Pui) (who is Thai) have sponsored a child from Home Hugs for quite a number of years now and through the rides and other events have been very fortunate to have met her a number of times now. 

Together for the first time, they are now embarking on a new ride with a large group of people in the Ride to Provide Home Hug Ride in January 2026 over 800km from Nong Khai to Yasothon. Peter and Pui and hopefully a few others will join this ride under a C&N Audit Services team!

Hands not only provides the life-saving necessities for the kids in our homes, they also support many families in an outreach program to help keep kids out of the homes.

Just as important as filling the childrens' bellies with healthy food and providing a safe bed to sleep in, with the support of amazing donors like you, the vision of Hands is to help these kids see the opportunities that lie before them, to see a life of choice.
