Doing Good Rewards – Registration Terms & Conditions 1. Position on a Hands Experience is not secured until $500 non-refundable deposit is made. 2. Deposit is non-refundable if you wish to withdraw from the ride. 3. Deposit is not transferrable to another rider or to another Hands Experience. 4. You agree to raise the minimum fundraising in accordance with your Hands Experience and should you fail to do so you may not be allowed to participate in the experience. 5. Should you be withdrawn from the ride due to not raising your minimum agreed fundraising, your deposit will be forfeited. 6. Fundraising Schedule a. Minimum 90% of fundraising is due 2 weeks prior to the start of your Hands Experience.b. 100% of fundraising is due 2 weeks following the end of your Hands Experience. 7. Full payment for your Hands Experience is due 90 days prior to the start of the ride. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of your position on the Hands Experience. Payment schedule: Payment schedule:a. $500 non-refundable deposit upon registration to secure your spotb. $1000 instalment payment due 180 days prior to the start of your Hands Experience.c. Balance due 90- days prior to the start of your Hands Experience. 8. Unless you have entered into an agreed payment plan for your registration fee, the full registration fee, less the deposit and any other payments made, will be charged to the credit card you have provided 90 days prior to the ride. 9. If you withdraw from a Hands Experience, any donations received can be carried over for a period of 12 months to another Hands Experience. 10. You agree to take out personal travel insurance which is valid for the duration of your Hands Experience. 11. Withdrawal from a Hands Experience after full payment has been made will incur the following penalties (in all instances the refund is less the $500 non-refundable deposit) a. Prior to 90 days – full refundb. Between 60 days and 90 days – 75% refund c. Between 30 days and 60 days – 50% refund d. Between 0 days and 30 days – no refund 12. In the event of withdrawal from a Hands Experience after full or part payment has been made, and in the existence of extenuating circumstances, Hands may consider refunding or transferring the payment, however full discretion remains with the General Manager of Hands Group. *In acknowledging the uncertainty that currently exists in relation to international travel, if you sign up after 20th March 2020 for the DGR ride scheduled in 2020 and withdraw for ANY reason up to 2 months prior to the commencement of the ride, you will receive a 100% refund of the monies paid towards your ride costs. If you withdraw inside the 2 month period normal refund conditions will apply as per the Terms and Conditions covering the ride.
