I returned from Bangkok last week after spending a number of days in the capital and also crossing the city flying from one destination to the other.  During the day the traffic was as tragic as ever and at the night the stalls sold their copies of jeans, shirts and DVD's.  No real change there.

Whilst not seeking out a tour of the area caught up in the recent protests I didn't see any evidence of disruption during my travels either.  Speaking to senior business operators it was their belief that reporting of the disturbance was not a true reflection of what occurred and was grossly exaggerated.  

Visiting the kids in both our locations, they have seen no effect whatsoever, nor has there been any effect on our operations.
